Valari Whatley
Master’s Level Counseling Intern
I genuinely believe in the power of therapy to transform lives. I'm dedicated to helping you explore your thoughts and feelings, find healthy coping strategies, and work towards the goals that matter to you. I'm excited to be a part of your journey and to provide compassionate, personalized care.
I'm passionate about working with a diverse range of clients, particularly those dealing with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also have personal experience supporting individuals facing postpartum challenges and managing ADHD, which has deepened my empathy and understanding. My approach is warm and client-centered, and I utilize evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable sharing your story and being your authentic self.
