Addy Ho, MA, LPC, NCC
Young Adult Consultant, Intern Program Manager, and Clinical Supervisor
We're each made up of different (emotional, intellectual, relational, and spiritual) components that make us whole. The process of understanding how these pieces fit together is essential to developing healthier boundaries and relationships. In therapy, my role is to provide insight and skills while walking alongside you. I believe you have the internal strength to make lasting changes in your life.
No matter where in Colorado you live, I'm available to work with you, delivering cutting-edge trauma therapy via video sessions. Therapy with me feels welcoming, encouraging, safe, and honest. If you're looking for effective and creative ways to heal, change, and grow, we might be a perfect fit.
I'm always up for a road trip or outdoor adventure, often accompanied by my Goldendoodles, Bella and Yeti. I enjoy hanging out with friends, cooking, and playing cards and strategic board games.
