Survey
Complete the survey on the I Matter website.
Be sure to select Yes to the mental health screening question.
Next you will need to answer a few questions about yourself (or your child). This is confidential and will simply help your therapist get to know you a little bit before your appointment. Your answers do not determine your eligibility for 6 free sessions. Everyone 18 or younger in Colorado qualifies for free.

Register
This information be kept confidential and secure by I Matter and Green Mountain Counseling.

Select Nicole or chase
It is important that you select Nicole Hunka or Chase Worth from the dropdown in order to receive Green Mountain Counseling’s standard youth counseling services. If you do not, then you will be randomly assigned a therapist by I Matter.

Schedule
Set up your first (of six) appointment time with Chase or Nicole through I Matter. The next 5 free sessions can be scheduled through Chase or Nicole directly after your first session. If the times listed do not work for you, feel free to let your therapist know what works for you by filling out our contact form.

At the time of your appointment, click on the video link which will be sent. We’re so excited to help you process what is going on in your life, so you can start thriving! Chase and Nicole have both helped so many people just like you in their careers as therapists.
